Carla Toledo

Carla Toledo, Operations Officer, Sustainable Infra Advisory, IFC (based in Panama)

Carla has over 18 years of experience in sustainability and benefit sharing in the infrastructure and natural resources sectors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in food science engineering and a master’s in development studies from the Institute of Social Studies in The Hague, Netherlands.

Over the last fifteen years, she has been responsible for the design and implementation of programs related to revenue management, local governance and community investments in Latin America and Africa. Prior to IFC, Carla worked for Peru’s Ministry of Finance in the evaluation of rural development and local capacity building projects.
