Personal profile*.

You will be able to create your personal and/or company profile in the conference web application. You will be able to control and revise your profile via the online account.

Access the delegate list.
You will be able to access the full list of the conference participants and review their personal profiles via the web application *

Networking.
You will be able to send messages to other conference participants via personal chat.

Conference materials.
The conference materials will be published on or after 15 December 2023. You will be able to access presentation slides and video recordings of the conference sessions for 12 months after the conference.

NB: *The application (including chat) will be supported until 1 February 2024.  The virtual meeting planner will be available on 27 November and disabled afterwards.

  • The banner which has not been collected at the end of the event will be disposed of.

Onsite advertising

On-screen demonstration of a (muted) video clip in the conference hall between the sessions of the MINEX Eurasia Conference and TV monitors in the Registration and Networking Area.

Live broadcast advertising

Video demonstration (with sound) during the live broadcast intermissions.

NB. The duration of the video clip should not exceed 30 seconds. The demonstration is made in rotation without sound.

Fee-paying participant terms

Confirmation of the booking and / or invoice (for paying participants) will be sent within 2 working days to the email address used in the booking form. Please check your spam inbox for an automatic reply. Please contact admin@minexforum.com if you have not received confirmation within the stated period.

The fees can be paid by debit or with credit card (via Stripe) or Bank Transfer.

Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to participants whose participation was not confirmed in writing or those who have not paid the fee prior to the event.

Replacement or cancellation: Delegate or speaker substitution can be made at any time. All cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com 5 working days before the event will be subject to 15% administration fee. No refunds will be made if cancellations are submitted less than 5 working days before the event. At the discretion of the organisers a credit note can be issued for future MINEX Forum events.
